EL PASO, TEXAS – Claudia Ivette Torres, who was initially featured on the Crime Stoppers Most Wanted for the week of April 7, 2023, has been apprehended. Torres was wanted for CRUELTY NON-LIVESTOCK ANIM: KILL/POISON/SBI / ASSAULT CAUSES BODILY INJURY FAMILY MEMBER.
