DELIVERY OF COFFEE, DONUTS, AND LUNCH IN RECOGNITION OF NATIONAL LAW ENFORCEMENT WEEK

El Paso, Texas The El Paso County Sheriff's Office is always grateful to our community partners for thinking of our personnel.

On Friday, May 19, 2023, Edith Ortiz, Executive Assistant; Larry Arellano, Sales Manager; Ivan Jaquez, Location Manager/Funeral Director; and Velia Lozano, General Manager from Funeraria Del Angel and Dignity Memorial, stopped by Headquarters, the East Montana Patrol Station, and the Jail Annex to deliver coffee and donuts.

Amanda Acosta, Assisted Living Director, and Alondra Rivera, Clinical Liaison with Vibra Life of El Paso, also stopped by with coffee and donuts in appreciation for law enforcement.

Erika Baltazar, General Manager with Martin Funeral Home, stopped by the Northwest Patrol Station to extend their appreciation with snacks and drinks to the men and women of law enforcement.

The El Paso County Sheriff's Officers Association delivered Peter Piper Pizza to law enforcement assigned to our headquarters, concluding the week of delivered lunches to include the three patrol substations.

Furthermore, Iraceli Carlo, Sales Manager, and Vanessa Castro, Family Service Counselor, also provided lunch from Jimmy John's to the El Paso County Sheriff's Office Communications Office. The deliveries are in recognition of "National Law Enforcement Week" and as a thank you for the service and sacrifices that each Deputy, Detention Officer, and Telecommunicator make every day. May 14 through May 20, 2023, is observed as "National Law Enforcement Week" nationwide, recognizing law enforcement officers who have sacrificed their lives in the line of duty protecting the public they serve.
