Appeal Fee: Appeal bond set by the judge plus $54.00 filing fee and $10.00 transcript transfer fee to County Court
- Civil cases: must be posted by the 21st day after the judgment date; Evictions: must be posted within 5 days after the judgment is signed.
Counter-Claim Fee: The counter-claim filing fee is $54.00 (civil cases only; not applicable to evictions). Counter-claims cannot be filed in eviction cases.

Jury Fee
