This office accepts the following forms of payment: Cash, Cashier’s Check, Money Orders, Debit Cards and Major Credit Cards.

To request a hearing please come to the office as paperwork will need to be signed by the Defendant. If you do not live in the area of El Paso County you can contact the court via email for your options.

Constable service fee for civil cases: $65.00 per defendant
Evictions: $146.00*
Constable service fee for evictions: $100 per defendant
Abstract of Judgment: $5.00
Writ of Execution: $5.00 (Writ issuance fee); $200.00 (executing agency service fee)
Writ of Possession: $205.00 (includes Constable fee)

* includes Constable service fee for one defendant All claims must be under the jurisdictional limit of $10,000.00.
