Under chapter 203 of the Texas Family Code-each County within the State of Texas has the ability to establish and fund a Domestic Relations Office (DRO). During fiscal year 2000, County Commissioners unanimously voted to establish a DRO for El Paso County. The El Paso County Domestic Relations Office is comprised of four divisions: Child Support Monitoring and Customer Support Division, Friend of Court Division, Family Court Services Division, and Community Supervision Division.
