  • Child Support Service Fee $36.00
    Each managing or possessory conservator pays this fee annually,. It does not apply to temporary orders or IV-D cases.  
     
    Fee for Preparation of an Income Withholding Order. $40.00
    The DRO will prepare an order for income withholding for child support, or for maintenance in a SAPCR, or to terminate / reduce witholding.  
     
    Enforcement Application Fee $30.00
    This fee is assessed for each application to enforce child support, visitation, or withholding.  
     
    Attorney's Fees (per hour) $125.00
    Attorney's fees are charged by the EPCDRO in all enforcement cases on an hourly basis. The minimum fee is generally $200.00 in cases where an agreement is reached without a contested court hearing.  
     
    Paralegal Fees (per hour) $35.00
     
    Community Supervision Fee (per month) $15.00 - $300.00
    The "standard" community supervison fee is $30.00 per month, but in many cases, the EPCDRO agrees to lower it to $20.00 per month in order to abtain an agreed order. The Court may set it as low as $15.00 per month, but this is uncommon.
