Conduct immediate warm hand off for at-crisis risk Veterans needing Veterans Crisis Line services. Calls answered by a live agent 24/7. Hotline is staffed by more than 60 agents with extensive VA programs and services training. Majority of agents are a Veteran, military family member, caregiver, or a survivor.

Emergency shelter for children – aged 0-13 – for families experiencing a crisis.
