  • The goal is to file criminal prosecutions for deceptive business practices especially where the deceptive business practice causes harm to the public in general and to obtain restitution for consumers when possible.
  • -process complaints within 30 days of referral from El Paso Police Department
  • -present educational forums to civic organizations, businesses and business organizations and community groups to inform them of the Deceptive Business Practice laws
  • -created an educational brochure on Deceptive Business Practice laws and violations
