The District Attorney’s Office is on the second floor of the El Paso County Courthouse at 500 E. San Antonio Street.

PARKING
Parking is located directly behind the El Paso County Courthouse in a multi-level parking facility with the entrance located on 500 E. Overland Avenue.The maximum daily parking garage rate is $5.00.
In Addition, metered parking is also available throughout downtown El Paso.
If you are a defendant in a criminal case and are represented by an attorney, the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct prohibit the District Attorney’s Office personnel from communicating directly with you concerning your case. Please contact your attorney if you have questions concerning your case.

The 34th Judicial District Attorney's Office offers Spring, Summer and Fall internship opportunities.
Our Summer internship program requires a 40-hour workweek with intensive mentorship and learning opportunities. Placements are competitive and are offered to current law students and undergraduate upperclassmen who attend college outside of El Paso, with preference going to law students. Our Summer internships offer a stipend.
Our Fall and Spring internships are available to current UTEP, NMSU or EPCC students. Our Fall and Spring internships are unpaid.
All applications should include a resume and cover letter, e-mailed to Andra Litton at a.litton@epcountytx.gov. Selected interns will be subject to a background check. Candidates will not be considered after the application deadline.
