The District Attorney’s Office is on the second floor of the El Paso County Courthouse at 500 E. San Antonio Street.

Parking is located directly behind the El Paso County Courthouse in a multi-level parking facility with the entrance located on 500 E. Overland Avenue.The maximum daily parking garage rate is $5.00.

In Addition, metered parking is also available throughout downtown El Paso.



If you are a defendant in a criminal case and are represented by an attorney, the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct prohibit the District Attorney’s Office personnel from communicating directly with you concerning your case.
