Welcome to Purchasing Department Vendor Registration page!

Here, vendors can register with the County of El Paso's third-party electronic bidding system, Ion Wave Technologies. Registered vendors will be able to receive invitations for bidding opportunities, receive important notifications, submit responses on-line, view on-line activity, and maintain vendor information. There are no fees associated with its use. Vendors are responsible for maintaining their information current.

To ensure your organization is getting up-to-the-minute bidding information, be sure to enter a well monitored e-mail address, add Ion Wave to your e-mail’s Safe Senders list, and select the appropriate commodities that your organization provides. Click on the BECOME A VENDOR button below.
