WANTED SEX OFFENDER - BRUCE ORVILLE CLIFTON

El Paso, TX – On January 21, 2021, Bruce Orville Clifton absconded from the El Paso Multi-Use Facility located in Horizon, TX. He was allowed to go to work but never returned to the facility and his whereabouts are now unknown. He is now wanted on a Parole Violation warrant and an additional charge of Sex Offenders Duty to Register is forthcoming. His last location according to his GPS monitor was the 600 block of S. Santa Fe, El Paso, TX. His sex offense(s) are two counts of Sexual Assault of a Child, the victim being a 13- and 14-year-old female, and Sexual Battery, the victim being a 34-year-old female. He is currently on parole for Sexual Assault of a Child
