WANTED OFFENDER TAKEN INTO CUSTODY - MARCOS CHAVEZ

El Paso, Texas- On March 3, 2022, the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office Warrants & Fugitive Apprehension Unit was conducting an investigation in reference to a wanted subject at the 11700 block of Pebble Hills in El Paso County, TX. Marcos Chavez, a 34-year-old, was wanted in El Paso County on two counts of Indecency with a Child. During the investigation, deputies made contact with a male subject resembling Chavez exiting a vehicle. The male subject was positively identified as Chavez, and he was taken into custody without incident. Chavez was booked into the El Paso County Jail with a bond of $30,000. Chavez is an employee with the Socorro Independent School District.
