Featured Fugitives Are Apprehended–Ibarra and Brown

EL PASO, TEXAS – Hector Alonso Ibarra, and Zuelena Elayne Brown, who were featured on the Crime Stoppers Most Wanted have been apprehended. Ibarra was featured on April 1, 2022, and he was wanted for INDECENCY WITH A CHILD SEXUAL CONTACT. Brown was featured on April 1, 2022, and she was wanted for AGGRAVATED ROBERY.
