Deceptive Business Practice arrest- OSCAR EDUARDO VILLAREAL

El Paso, Texas – On February 28th, 2023, the El Paso County Sheriff's Office Fugitive Apprehension Unit assisted the detectives assigned to the Civil Process & Executions portion of the SCaB Unit with an investigation at the Home-Depot parking lot located at 12221 Montwood Dr. El Paso, Texas. A SCaB detective contacted Oscar Eduardo Villarreal in an attempt to serve civil process. During the civil process investigation, the detective learned that Villarreal was wanted for Deceptive Business Practices (with previous convictions). Villareal was taken into custody without any incidents and later booked into El Paso County Jail with a $ 10,000.00. The Sheriff's Office reminds citizens that caution should be taken when contracting with individuals.
