THEFT OF PROPERTY AND BURGLARY OF VEHICLE - ANGEL SALAZAR

El Paso, Texas – On April 23rd, 2023, El Paso County Sheriff’s Office deputies assigned to the Montana Patrol Station responded to the 3500 block of Mark Jason Dr., in reference to the theft of a motor vehicle. Deputies were able to locate and apprehend the subject, who had fled into the desert area when the stolen vehicle got stuck in the sand. The subject was identified as 17-year-old Angel Salazar. Salazar was arrested and booked into the El Paso County Jail, where he was charged with Theft of Property >=$2,500<$30k and Burglary of Vehicle with a total bond of $15,000.
