El Paso, Texas - On Saturday, June 3rd, 2023, the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office participated in the Haciendas Del Norte Homeowner’s Association Meeting located at 13978 Montana Ave. Commander Ryan Urrutia was a keynote speaker, along with Commissioner Leon and Congresswoman Veronica Escobar. Commander Urrutia spoke on current events happening within the Sheriff’s Office and addressed community concerns.
