FRAUDULENT USE OR POSSESSION OF CREDIT CARD OR DEBIT CARD INFORMATION ARREST

El Paso, Texas – On August 25, 2023, El Paso County Sheriff's Office Deputies and Detectives from the Deputy Peter John Herrera Patrol Station responded to the Love's Travel Stop located at 1300 Horizon Blvd, in El Paso County, Texas, in reference to Fuel Theft in progress.

After further investigation, it was determined that the subjects were in possession of a counterfeit card number containing stolen information. Yuniel Gonzalez Santana and Yordan Luis Leyva Diaz were charged with two counts each for Fraudulent Use or Possession of Credit Card or Debit Card Information. Yuniel and Yordan were taken into custody without incident and subsequently booked into the El Paso County Detention Facility with a $7,500 bond for each charge.
